Collecting Finished Drinking Water Samples for PFAS Analysis

EPD initiated a new, targeted PFAS monitoring project in winter 2021. The project's primary goal is to fulfill EPD's mission to protect human health and the environment by assessing the level of PFAS contamination in drinking water across Georgia. EPD will also conduct targeted PFAS source monitoring. This page provides information about how to collect samples for public drinking water systems that are part of that monitoring strategy.

The following video provides step-by-step instructions for collecting and returning your drinking water samples for analysis.
