The Governor has issued a Shelter in Place Order effective from 6:00 pm on Friday, April 3rd through 11:59 pm on Monday, April 13th. While the Shelter in Place Order is in place, visits to our offices are not permitted. Once the Shelter in Place Order has expired, visits to our offices will be by appointment only.  EPD associates are available for telephone calls and virtual appointments.  To set an appointment please email with your name, email, and phone number, and an associate will reach out to you.
