Re-Notification Requirement for Small Quantity Generators  

• SQGs are required to re-notify EPD before September 1, 2025, as to their generator status every four years by submitting an updated RCRA Site ID Form (8700-12) using myRCRAid. 
• If you have submitted the Site ID form (in full) anytime within the four years before the deadline (October 2021-August 2025), EPD considers the submittal to meet the requirement, and you do not have to resubmit.
