UST Management Program
About us
The USTMP program is organized into five units and receives support from an additional unit.
- Registration & Enforcement Unit helps in the registration of UST facilities, issues enforcement documents and works with registered tank owners to bring UST facilities into compliance
- Regulatory Compliance (RC): RC Unit North and RC Unit South ensure operational compliance for all USTs located in Georgia
- Corrective Action: Corrective Action- Responsible Party Lead (CARPL) Unit and Corrective Action- State Team Lead (CASTL) Unit manages leaking UST sites covered by the Georgia UST (GUST) Trust Fund, oversees the State Contractor Team and administers the federal clean up grant
- Trust Fund Coordination Unit assists the UST program by administering the GUST Trust Fund and program income and expenditures
