UST File Reviews

There are several ways to conduct a file review of a UST facility depending on the date range of request. If the facility documents you need are dated from 2019 to current year, electronic records may be found on the Georgia EPD Online System (GEOS) portal. Files for facility records dated 2008-2018 are only available in hardcopy and located onsite at EPD Land Branch Tradeport location.  Most facility files predating 2008 have been archived offsite and require additional time for retrieval.  All requests for reviewing hardcopy records require an appointment. External file reviewers should submit requests to schedule a file review appointment to [email protected].  Please note: There is a one-hour limit for in office viewing. You are responsible for any copies needed.
