Water Supply Watersheds
The following page provides maps of large and small water supply watersheds in the State, which refer to the areas upstream of governmentally-owned public drinking water intakes, as described by Georgia Rules and Regulations 391-3-16-.01. The applicable Rules and Regulations can be viewed at https://epd.georgia.gov/rules-laws-enforcement/existing-rules-and-corresponding-laws.
Water supply watershed maps in the geographic areas of the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District have been developed and provided by the District's staff.
