e-Plan Review

The Environmental Protection Division is now accepting electronic plans and specifications for review.  There are separate Portals available for submission of these documents based on the Office that would handle the review.  Please refer to the table below and use the appropriate link for plan submission.

Drinking Water:
District

For the receipt of Drinking Water Plans, Specifications, and supporting documentation for projects that are associated with the following types of water supply sources:

  • Existing or proposed groundwater wells, or
  • Purchased water systems who will purchase from either ground or surface water.

Surface

For the receipt of Drinking Water Plans and Specifications for project that are associated with the following types of water supply sources:

  • Existing or proposed groundwater wells (for the following counties located within Mountain District- Atlanta Only; Carroll, Clayton, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Heard, Henry, Rockdale, and Spalding counties), or
  • Surface Water treatment systems whose permitted source water is surface water.

  • General NPDES GAR100002 for Infrastructure
