If your facility is required to submit a Corrective Action Plan (CAP)- A and you participate in the GUST Trust Fund, the following documents are required when submitting a Corrective Action Plan (CAP)-A.  A CAP- A is designed to identify the source area, radius of contamination, potential receptors, and establish sampling data used to determine the next course of action.
