Title VI Compliance
It is the policy of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division that no person shall, on the ground of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and all other related nondiscrimination laws and requirements.
Es la póliza del División de Protección Ambiental de Georgia (EPD, por sus siglas en inglés) que ninguna persona, por motivos de raza, color, nacionalidad, sexo, edad o discapacidad será excluida de la participación en, negada de los beneficios de, o sujeta a discriminación a cualquier programa o actividad que reciba ayuda financiera federal, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Título VI de la Ley de Derechos Civiles de 1964, la Ley de Restauración de Derechos Civiles de 1987, la Ley de Rehabilitación de 1973, y todas las demás leyes y requisitos que prohíben la discriminación relacionados.
