Getting Started with NetDMR

On December 21, 2016, EPA and EPD will require DMRs to be submitted online. NetDMR is an online portal for submitting monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs).

To get started, you must create a user account and then request an appropriate role. The Quick Guides below provide instruction on how to create an account, request a role, and use the system for submitting DMRs.
