Expedited Permitting Program

Georgia EPD - Air Protection Branch is pleased to announce the implementation of a new Expedited Permitting Program. This program is fee-based, optional, and is intended to provide expedited permit review to those eligible applicants in need of quicker permit turn-around.

Applications received on and after March 1, 2021 will be subject to updated expedited permit fees.  Please see the Fact Sheet and Fee schedule for details.
