Draft Exceptional Event Demonstration for the 2015 Ozone NAAQS for the Years 2022-2024 (September 18, 2026)

The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) announces its intent to submit a final Exceptional Event Demonstration to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for 4 event days.  Georgia EPD is required to post draft Exceptional Event Demonstrations for a 30-day public comment period as required by the Exceptional Events Rule (72 FR at 13560).
