Proposed Amendments:
EPD is proposing rule amendments that will ensure consistency and compliance with the 2021 amendments to the Erosion and Sedimentation Act of 1975 (HB 577), include other clarifying amendments to the rules, and include reference to the updated “Buffer Mitigation Guidance.” A copy of the proposed rule amendments is

On February 16, 2022, EPD announced a virtual public hearing to provide the public an opportunity to comment upon and provide input into the proposed rule amendments to Chapter 391-3-7. A copy of the February 16 notice is

here. The meeting was held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 beginning at 10:00 am on the Zoom web conferencing platform.
