Waste Management Guide for Georgia Hospitals [Revised Sep 2003] - Hazardous Waste Electronic Manifest (E-Manifest) System. The new E-Manifest system will be going live on June 30, 2018. https://www.epa.gov/e-manifest. Generators, Transporters, Brokers and Receiving Facilities (TSDs) will be required to register by way of the RCRAInfo Industry Application and the EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX). Receiving facilities will be required to submit Manifests to EPA as well as pay a fee. Paper copies will still be accepted for a period of time yet to be determined.
