Toxic Impact Assessment Guideline
The purpose of the Toxic Impact Guideline document is to provide a guide for estimating the environmental impact of sources of toxic air pollutants. A toxic air pollutant is defined as any substance which may have an adverse effect on public health, excluding any specific substance that is covered by a State or Federal ambient air quality standard. The guidelines will be used in the review of all air quality applications for permits to construct or modify potential sources of air pollutants.
