On February 9, 2023, EPD announced a second stakeholder meeting to discuss the Minimum Standards for Public Water Systems, Section 5.2.6.2 (Steel Casing of Drinking Water Wells) and the Rules for Safe Drinking Water, Rule 391-3-5-.07(5)(b). A copy of the February 9 notice is
