On February 2, 2023, EPD announced a stakeholder meeting to discuss a proposed rule change requiring all public water systems to electronically submit lead service line inventories by the applicable federal deadline of October 16, 2024.  A copy of the February 2 notice is Download this pdf file. available here.   A public meeting will be held on Monday February 27, 2023, and EPD is accepting comments through Monday March 6, 2023.

On October 28, 2022, EPD announced a stakeholder meeting to discuss the Minimum Standards for Public Water Systems, Section 5.2.6.2 (Steel Casing of Drinking Water Wells) and the Rules for Safe Drinking Water, Rule 391-3-5-.07(5)(b).  A copy of the October 28 notice is Download this pdf file. available here .  A public meeting was held on December 14, 2022 via Zoom and EPD accepted comments on these materials through December 21, 2022.
