UPDATED May 21, 2019 - The 45 2019 Phase I Large MS4 NPDES Permit Nos. GAS000XXX for Storm Water Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) have been issued May 13, 2019 and posted to the Watershed Protection Branch Permit and Public Comments Clearinghouse. The permits will take effect on June 11, 2019. A public meeting and hearing were held on March 27, 2019 at the Atlanta Tradeport Offices. 
 
Phase I and II

Phase I

GAS000XXX for Storm Water Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) have been issued May 13, 2019 and posted to the Watershed Protection Branch Permit and Public Comments Clearinghouse. The permits will take effect on June 11, 2019. A public meeting and hearing were held on March 27, 2019 at the Atlanta Tradeport Offices.

The 2017 Phase I Medium MS4 NPDES Permit Nos. GAS000XXX for Storm Water Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) have been posted to the Watershed Protection Branch Permit and Public Comments Clearinghouse. The permits will take effect on April 12, 2017. A summary of the public comments and the response to those comments is included below.

Phase II

The 2019  General NPDES Permit GAG480000 for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) at Military Facilities has been posted to the Watershed Protection Branch Permit and Public Comments Clearinghouse. The Permit will take effect on January 15, 2019. A summary of the public comments and the response to those comments is included below.

The 2017 General NPDES Stormwater Permit No. GAG610000 for Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4)  have been posted to the Watershed Protection Branch Permit and Public Comments Clearinghouse. The Permit will take effect on December 6, 2017. A summary of the public comments and the response to those comments is included below.
